Shannon has been practicing massage for nearly eleven years in multidisciplinary settings, Spas, and Wellness Centres. She has enjoyed serving the Cornwall community by supporting a variety of clients and their specific needs. Shannon was born and raised west of Ottawa and has always had a passion for healthy living through exercise and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. This passion for healthy living naturally led her to the International Academy of Massage Therapy where, upon graduation in 2010, she became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

In addition to her Massage Therapy training, Shannon has completed additional courses and trainings that include: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching (PNF), Lymphedema, cranial massage, remedial exercise as well as nutritional practices. Shannon has developed a reputation and specialization for deep tissue massage that includes trigger point therapy and offers relaxation, lymphatic drainage, sports, and pregnancy massage.

Shannon is enthusiastic about assisting others and helping them maintain a healthy lifestyle and mind-body balance. With an open mind to continue learning and pursuing her goals, Shannon is excited to welcome all clients – past, present, and future!
